We are seeking an experienced RAP UI Path professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA development, specifically with UiPath, and will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA workflows
- Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions to ensure optimal performance
- Provide support and troubleshooting for automated processes
- Document RPA processes, workflows, and best practices
- Participate in training and mentoring junior team members
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-12 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath
- Strong understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or VB.NET
- Experience with SQL databases and data manipulation
- Knowledge of business process analysis and design
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
