Role Description The Rajasthan Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for designing customized itineraries and travel packages across Rajasthan, aligned with Turban Adventures ethical and authentic travel values. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on destinations and experiences, managing travel arrangements, coordinating reservations, and ensuring smooth trip execution. The consultant will communicate with travelers via email, phone, and in person, provide prompt customer support, and collaborate with local partners to deliver high-quality services. The role also involves maintaining accurate booking records, monitoring trip logistics, and offering post-travel follow-up to improve future offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee tailored Rajasthan itineraries.
• Proficiency in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations across transport, accommodation, and activities.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsive communication and traveler satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Rajasthan destinations, culture, and local experiences; prior experience in the travel or tourism sector is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple bookings, and maintain attention to detail under time constraints.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with basic travel booking tools, office software, and online communication platforms.
• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial, though relevant experience will also be considered.
