AMRIscan is now setting up its India operations, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial Radiology Operations Lead for AMRIscan India to help build our India-side radiology, reporting, and diagnostic center network.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, early-stage role for someone who understands the radiology / diagnostic imaging ecosystem and wants to help build a new preventive radiology platform from the ground up.
You will help AMRIscan identify, qualify, and coordinate relationships with:
- Radiologists and clinical advisors
- Teleradiology and structured reporting groups
- MRI-capable diagnostic centers
- Imaging entrepreneurs and healthcare operators
- India-side operational and clinical partners
This is not a routine administrative role. We are looking for someone who can bring judgment, initiative, industry understanding, and strong follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of radiologists, teleradiology partners, diagnostic centers, and imaging groups across India
- Coordinate outreach, meetings, follow-ups, documentation, and partner evaluation
- Help qualify potential partners based on credibility, responsiveness, MRI capability, reporting strength, and strategic fit
- Support development of AMRIscan India's reporting network and scan-center partner model
- Work with AMRIscan's U.S. and India leadership teams to coordinate calls, partner discussions, and next steps
- Help create operating workflows for scan-center onboarding, reporting coordination, quality processes, and data exchange
- Maintain structured trackers, partner notes, status updates, and action items
- Help convert early conversations into a credible India operating pipeline
Ideal Candidate
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:
- Managing or operating a diagnostic imaging center
- Working in teleradiology operations or reporting workflow management
- Selling products or services to radiologists, diagnostic centers, hospitals, or healthcare providers
- Building or managing a radiologist network
- Business development in radiology, diagnostics, imaging equipment, PACS/RIS, or healthcare services
- Running healthcare operations in a startup, diagnostic chain, hospital group, or medical services company
- Supporting physician partnerships, center onboarding, or clinical operations
You should be:
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable building from zero
- Highly organized and proactive with follow-ups
- Strong in written and spoken English
- Comfortable dealing with senior doctors, founders, and healthcare operators
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage execution
- Interested in radiology, preventive health, MRI, and longevity medicine
This role may be well suited for a senior healthcare/radiology professional, consultant, former diagnostic center operator, teleradiology manager, healthcare business development professional, or entrepreneurial operator seeking a flexible but high-impact role.
Compensation & Growth
This is an early-stage, equity-led role.
There is no fixed salary at this stage. Compensation will include:
- Equity participation
- Revenue share tied to India platform development and partner onboarding milestones
- Potential transition into a paid leadership role as AMRIscan raises funding or reaches India launch milestones
The right person may grow into a larger India leadership role as the platform develops.
