Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Radiologist role based in the Pune District. The Radiologist will interpret a wide range of medical imaging studies, including ultrasound, and other modalities, and provide clear, timely, and accurate reports. Responsibilities include consulting with referring clinicians, correlating clinical history with imaging findings, and recommending further imaging or investigations as appropriate. The role may involve performing and supervising specialized procedures such as mammography and image-guided interventions, as well as ensuring adherence to safety and radiation protection protocols. The Radiologist will also contribute to maintaining reporting quality standards, mentoring junior team members when needed, and supporting continuous improvement in diagnostic services.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Medicine with appropriate medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed residency or postgraduate training in Radiology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Radiology and Medical Imaging, ultrasound, and related modalities.
  • Proficiency in Mammography, including screening and diagnostic studies, with attention to early detection and accurate reporting.
  • Valid medical registration and relevant radiology board certification/qualification as required by local regulations.
  • Commitment to diagnostic accuracy, patient safety, and radiation protection best practices.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clinicians and support staff, and ability to explain findings clearly.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in a high-volume diagnostic environment, with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a multisite diagnostic or hospital setting in Pune or similar urban areas is an advantage.
