  • Document findings, treatment plans and procedure notes accurately in the hospital EMR; deliver timely reports (radiology/cardiology) and handovers for continuity of care.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Postgraduate specialty qualification recognised in India (appropriate MD/DNB/DM or equivalent certificate).
  • Valid medical registration with a State Medical Council and eligibility to practise in India.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic/reporting systems (PACS, RIS) and hospital EMR workflows.
  • Clinical procedural competence relevant to specialty (CT/MRI/ultrasound reporting; echocardiography & ECG interpretation; general and regional anaesthesia techniques; neurosurgical operative skills).
  • Experience in acute care settings—emergency assessments, perioperative management or ICU support depending on specialty.
  • Strong adherence to clinical governance, safety protocols and evidence-based practice.

Preferred

  • Subspecialty fellowship or certification (interventional cardiology, advanced imaging, neurovascular surgery, critical care anaesthesia).
  • Experience mentoring trainees and participating in academic/quality improvement programmes.
  • Prior exposure to private hospital operations and patient-centred service delivery in India.
