Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced 4G/5G L1 & Radio professional with strong expertise in LTE/NR PHY Layer, DSP, RF and antenna technologies. The role involves designing and implementing PHY algorithms, optimizing L1 performance, mentoring teams, and driving large-scale 4G/5G L1 product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement LTE/NR PHY algorithms and procedures.
• Optimize L1 for latency, throughput and CPU/DSP/GPU/FPGA utilization.
• Interface with Radio/RF, L2 and fronthaul subsystems.
• Debug PHY issues using logs, IQ captures and lab equipment.
• Mentor high-performance L1 teams and drive delivery excellence.
• Drive large-scale 4G/5G L1 product development, sustenance and customer support.
• Work across eNodeB/gNodeB, vRAN, ORAN and custom platforms.
• Communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders.
