Radio Frequency Engineer

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

· Develop Engineering Design plans to enhance NW performance & address coverage capacity issues.

· Understanding customer requirement and proposing the best possible solution using available NW platform.

· Delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled deadlines, extending post implementation & maintenance support to the technical SW team & client

· Preparing technical presentations, answering technical Qs & managing customer trials

· Create, translate & integrate GIS data and design new GIS data using variety of software

· Prepare & Broadcast monthly NW & business report to stakeholders

· Proactively seek industry events & forums, to scan market trends, conduct competitive analysis & manage customer feedback.

· Assist Radio Planning Team in budget decision with GIS Analytics

· Develop presentation, demonstrate solution & conduct technical training

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

· 5 years in Atoll planning tool & GIS related activities

· Expertise in RF Planning & Optimization

· Excellent knowledge of NR, LTE & GSM fundamentals & Architecture

· Knowledge of Atoll , Map Info & QGIS

· Knowledge of 2G, 4G & 5G technologies

· Excellent Numerical & Analytical Skills

· Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint

· Knowledge of Data Modelling, Data Cleansing & Data Enrichment Techniques

· Capacity to develop & document procedure & workflows

· Able to carry our data quality control, validation & linkages

· An understanding of data protection issue

· Ability to produce clear graphical / map representation and data visualizations
