About The Opportunity

Our team leverages state-of-the-art linear accelerators, IGRT, and IMRT technologies to personalize treatment plans—ensuring precision, safety, and patient-centric outcomes. We are expanding our clinical leadership to strengthen oncology services nationwide.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver image-guided, intensity-modulated, and stereotactic radiation therapy for diverse cancer diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary tumor boards to design and refine integrated oncology treatment pathways.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations including patient consultations, contouring, dosimetry review, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international radiation safety standards and accreditation guidelines.
  • Mentor junior oncologists and supervise resident training programs in clinical radiation oncology.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and clinical research to advance treatment efficacy and patient experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • DNB / MD (Radiotherapy) or equivalent from NMC-recognized institution
  • Valid NMC registration with active practice license
  • Proficiency in IGRT, IMRT, SBRT, and VMAT techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Eclipse, Monaco, or Pinnacle treatment planning systems
  • Knowledge of RTOG/ECOG protocols and NCCN guidelines
  • ACLS certification or equivalent emergency management training

Preferred

  • Fellowship in Brachytherapy or Pediatric Radiation Oncology
  • Experience with HDR/LDR Brachytherapy delivery systems
  • Publication record or ongoing clinical research in radiation oncology
