About the Role

The role involves managing large teams and leading complex global transformation projects, focusing on intercompany operations and balance sheet reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Intercompany Global Transformation Project, covering settlements, netting, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and intercompany governance.
  • Identify root causes for intercompany unreconciled entries across multiple global entities.
  • Work with global stakeholders and partners to implement remediation at source and ensure execution of global standards.
  • Oversee complete Balance Sheet Reconciliation (BSR) processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Drive standardization and streamline intercompany processes for operational efficiency across global entities.
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant financial reporting aligned with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • 10–18 years of overall R2R transactional experience.
  • Strong expertise in Intercompany operations and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams of 150–200+ finance professionals.
  • Recommended certification/experience in structured Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).

Required Skills

  • Strong track record of leading complex global transformation projects across diverse geographies.
  • High maturity level with experience navigating senior global stakeholders and working efficiently in complex matrix environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing large finance delivery teams (80–150+ F&A professionals across levels) in a global delivery model.
  • Ability to build talent capability, succession planning, performance management, and a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
