Compensation
- Analyst: Up to 5.5 LPA (including 4% variable)
- Sr. Analyst: Up to 9 LPA (including 6% variable)

Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated
Finance/Commerce professionals with hands-on experience in
Record to Report (R2R) and Reconciliation processes. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, possess strong accounting knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation of General Ledger, Bank, and Intercompany accounts.
- Review reconciliation accounts and investigate variances.
- Perform month-end activities including preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Manage and clear open items; ensure timely stakeholder communication for aged items.
- Maintain high accuracy and compliance in reconciliation processes.
- Assist Reporting Officer with internal and external audits, providing documentation and addressing queries.
- Update and maintain SOPs, error logs, and relevant process documentation.
- Conduct process training sessions for new and existing team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Analyst: 13 years of experience in R2R and reconciliation.
- Sr. Analyst: 35 years of experience in R2R and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Hands-on experience with month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Proactive team player with strong problem-solving ability.
