R2R Process Associate (Pune, India)

The R2R Process Associate will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance processes and controls from a GBS centre as described in the S&N Finance Record to Report (R2R) taxonomy and in line with the Group Finance Manual, Minimum Acceptable Practices (MAPs) and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

The R2R Process Associate will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance processes and controls from a GBS centre as described in the S&N Finance Record to Report (R2R) taxonomy and in line with the Group Finance Manual, Minimum Acceptable Practices (MAPs) and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
What will you be doing
- Prepare Accrual & Prepayment entry, FX revaluation & Analysis.
- Perform bank statement reconciliation and Balance Sheet reconciliation.
- Perform monthly intercompany and GL reconciliations.
- Prepare and post month end close journals.
- Audit Support.
- Prepare statutory reporting and validation.
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in R2R / General Accounting.
- Hands on experience of working on SAP preferred.
- Fluency in English - Good verbal, written communication skills.
- Flexible working in any shift.
