R2R & MIS

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, Record-to-Report (R2R), management reporting, monthend/year-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and CAPEX accounting. The role will ensure accurate, timely, and

compliant financial information while driving process improvements and strong financial controls.

· Own the end-to-end monthly closing process and ensure timely completion of month-end close activities in

accordance with the close calendar

· Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and intercompany accounting.

· Prepare monthly management review reports and P&L MIS.

· Monitor open items and ensure timely resolution of accounting issues including balance sheet account

reconciliation.

· Investigate variances and unusual movements in P&L and balance sheet accounts.

· Support quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements and audit.

· Coordinate with Shared services, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, and other finance teams.

· Manage accounting for capital expenditure from project initiation through capitalization and disposal.

· Facilitate and Support physical verification and disposal/write-off of fixed assets.

· Support ERP/system implementation and finance transformation projects.

· Mentor and develop team members and ensure effective allocation of responsibilities.

Educational & Work Experience:

· CA with minimum 5-7 years of relevant post qualification experience in accounting, R2R, CAPEX accounting.

· Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and strong understanding of SAP accounting processes

· Experience in a large corporate & manufacturing setup.

Key Competencies/ Skills:

· Strong knowledge of R2R and general accounting.

· Good understanding of financial statements and financial reporting.

· Strong knowledge of fixed asset and CAPEX accounting.

· Experience with month-end and year-end closing.

· Excellent knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools.

· Strong understanding of internal controls and audit requirements.
