- Lead and manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close.
- Review and approve complex journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses to ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Drive month-end close governance by monitoring deliverables, reviewing schedules, resolving aged reconciling items, and ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
- Lead process improvement, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
- Mentor and develop team members, manage workload allocation, conduct quality reviews, and act as the primary escalation point for operational issues.
