Skills: Cisco Routers & Switches
- Troubleshooting Experience on Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols like STP, EIGRP,OSPF, BGP.
- Hand on experience with Cisco hardware (ISR routers & catalyst switches)
- Knowledge on Cisco routers & Switches troubleshooting
- Knowledge on SDWAN/Cisco Meraki troubleshooting.
- Working exp. On Cisco Routers and Switches NOC support.
- Ready to working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Good with Communications skills
- CCNA/CCNP certifications mandatory
- Candidate should be aware of basic ITIL process.
Candidate will be involved in incident management – involves in in-depth troubleshooting skills & providing RCA's
