Apollo Facility Management Services is looking for an experienced R&M Manager to lead Repairs & Maintenance operations across multiple IBM sites across India.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in civil, electrical, and infrastructure maintenance who can efficiently manage large-scale, multi-site facility operations while ensuring uptime, compliance, cost control, and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Repairs & Maintenance operations across multiple sites
• Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure maintenance activities
• Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facility infrastructure and DG systems
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, safety standards, and statutory compliance requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, site teams, and client stakeholders
• Monitor budgets, repair costs, and operational efficiency across sites
• Ensure accurate CMMS tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Handle emergency situations, audits, and critical maintenance escalations

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in Facility Management / R&M Operations
• Strong exposure to civil and infrastructure maintenance is mandatory
• Experience managing large portfolios and multi-site operations
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in corporate, IT, or large commercial facility environments preferred

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering preferred

• Additional certifications in Facility Management will be an added advantage
