Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled R Developer to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining data-driven solutions using R. If you are passionate about statistical computing, data analysis, automation, and building scalable analytical workflows, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scripts, models, and analytical workflows using R.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis on large datasets.
- Build data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business and research needs.
- Optimize R code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and AI teams.
- Debug, test, and validate analytical solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Document code, methodologies, and technical processes for future scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with R programming.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data manipulation, and visualization techniques.
- Experience with R libraries such as tidyverse, dplyr, ggplot2, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with data modeling, reporting, and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
