JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Commercial/Technical work for R&D Testing Facility Maintenance

COMPETENCY REQUIRMENTS

Project Management Skills (Level: Intermediate):

a)Stake holder management and ability to manage cross country and cross-functional scopes. Collaboration and coordination with inter and intra vertical departments to execute the tasks.

b)Understanding of technical SOR for maintenance of Automotive Testing facilities, RFQ, Negotiation & Management approval.

c)Project Management from Maintenance Planning, Cost Control and Timely Delivery.

d)Negotiating and influencing skills: able to influence business partners and suppliers as well as the ability to be assertive to ensure compliance to contracts.

e)Knowledge of International business concepts, e.g L/C, INCO Terms, Custom Clearance, FTA etc.

f)Understanding of SAP tools, PO creation, management, and payment to supplier.

g)Revenue Budget Planning, Management & status Reporting.

Financial Acumen (Level: Expert):

a)Information of indirect and direct taxation and its impact on sourcing cycle.

b)Awareness of the changing rules and its impact on work areas.

c)Knowledge of Procurement to Payment Cycle, including concepts of GST input credit, TDS deduction, SEP etc.

d)Knowledge of tax exemption schemes, e.g. DSIR benefits, Custom benefits, etc.

e)Experience of handling department/ divisional audits

Analytical Aptitude (Level: Expert):

a)Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret the data and management reporting.

b)Expertise in data analysis and info-graphic visualization using advanced excel functions and Power Point

c)Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills

General Competencies (Level: Expert):

a)Conceptual understanding of processes and deliverables

b)Task orientation and quality consciousness

c)Process oriented mindset in executing activities in compliance to the company guidelines.

Qualification & Experience

B.E / B.TECH IN MECHANICAL

(7-10 years of Experience in Maintenance of Automotive Testing Facilities)
