The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled
Tester to join our
Patch Validation Team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing methodologies, Windows and Linux patch validation, and experience working with
PGGA AC products. In addition to testing responsibilities, this role requires the candidate to act as a
Scrum Master, ensuring smooth Agile processes and team collaboration.
How You'll Make An Impact
- To perform comprehensive testing of Windows and Linux patches to ensure quality and compliance.
- To validate patches for PGGA AC products and document results accurately.
- To develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts where applicable.
- To collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Act as Scrum Master for the team: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and remove impediments for the team. Track and report progress, ensuring timely delivery of sprint goals.
- To maintain clear documentation of testing processes and Agile practices and continuously improve testing strategies and Agile workflows.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Required bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of experience in software testing, with strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience in patch validation and familiarity with PGGA AC products.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment (Scrum certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
