  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and engineering stakeholders to analyze, resolve, and verify product issues across the software lifecycle.
  • Continuously strengthen testing expertise, automation skills, and domain knowledge in Grid Automation and power system software.
  • Act as a senior contributor in a cross-functional team by sharing knowledge, supporting collaboration, and helping the team deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with shared objectives.

Your background

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in quality assurance, software testing, or test engineering, preferably in complex software product environments.
  • Strong knowledge of QA best practices, testing methodologies, quality processes, and risk-based testing approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with low-level testing, including API and integration testing, in microservices-based architectures.
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture and related testing areas, including message queues, Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed system behavior.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence quality discussions across technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of Python, Robot Framework, Azure DevOps, and PostgreSQL is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Jira, Helm, test automation frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines is considered an advantage.
