Join our global R&D team developing next-generation power conversion and energy systems, and help improve product competitiveness by reducing product cost while maintaining performance, quality,
reliability, manufacturability, and compliance. You will work in a cross-functional environment alongside design engineering, supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, industrialization, quality, and suppliers to drive sustainable cost optimization across the product lifecycle.
In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and implement cost reduction opportunities across electrical, power electronic, and electromechanical assemblies. You will analyze converter architectures and bills of materials to find high-cost drivers, lead technical evaluations of alternative components and technologies,

Your background
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electronics Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power electronics product development, industrialization,
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, inverters, energy storage systems, and
- Hands-on experience with power semiconductors such as IGBT, MOSFET, and SiC devices,
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and product cost drivers.
- Experience conducting technical trade-off analyses between cost, reliability, and performance.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, a cost-conscious engineering mindset, and

- Experience in value engineering or design-to-cost programs, including cost modeling and should-
- Experience supporting supplier qualification and localization initiatives.
- Understanding of industrial and grid-connected power conversion applications.
