Position: R&D Senior Member of Technical Staff, CVS Framework
Previous experience: Design and development of 3D Rendering Engines using Xamarin, C# and CPP
Location: Bangalore, India Hybrid (60% office, 40% remote)

The job
As part of our global XR & Visualization group, you'll collaborate with a team of skilled software development engineers in the 3D Framework team to design and develop/port new features for the 3D Rendering Engine that's optimized for portable platforms Android, iOS, Hololens 2 etc using Xamarin and CPP. This role will see you work closely with CVS Portable sub team under CVS Framework team.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with scrum colleagues on the development of AVEVA proprietary 3D Rendering Engine.
- Design and implement new features on the 3D Rendering Engine for the mobile platforms.
- Port and optimize existing features for the mobile platforms.
- Provide support to the execution and delivery teams.
Ideal experience:
- You can demonstrate examples of strong design, coding and debugging skills, ideally using C# and C++.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Xamarin to develop features for mobile platforms.
- Good understanding of 3D Math, Linear Algebra, Trigonometry, Linear Transformations
- Experience in any of the graphic libraries like OpenGL ES, Metal, Vulkan, Direct X and Shader programming.
