R&D Manager - FMCG/FMCG/Food Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new Namkeen snack products from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct research on ingredients, processing methods, and packaging to enhance product quality and shelf life.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish product specifications and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of food technologists and researchers, fostering innovation.
• Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for new products or product improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and production for successful product launches.
• Prepare and manage the R&D budget efficiently.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
