Job Description:
- Key Role in IECEE CB scheme approval for Laboratory for IEC standards of PV modules.
- Key role in establishing Solar PV Lab from starting of Laboratory in finalization of technical specs ,selection of vendors and installation of equipment and utilities.
- Installation of outdoor test stand setup for Tests like Outdoor exposure, Temperature test, preconditioning, LID, IV characteristics.
- Testing of PV modules as per various IEC, IS, UL, and ASTM Standards
- Implementation of QMS system for laboratory.
- Handling Certification and Accreditation of Laboratory for NABL, BIS and IEC.( Damp Heat, TC, PID etc test)
- Maintaining QMS requirement of laboratory as per IEC/ISO 17025.
- Team led during audits and customer visits.
- Preparation of Work Instruction, SOPs, Reports for Testing and Maintenance of test equipment.
- Conducting ILC/PT/RR of solar PV Modules of various technologies.
- Kaizen for reducing cost of calibration of WPVS reference cell used in Flasher and Steady state simulators.
- Implementation of preventive maintenance of test equipment and utilities.
- Maintaining AMC of all testing equipment used in Laboratory operations.
- Monitoring the facilities and environmental condition of Laboratory.
- Preparing and reviewing all Test Report to be issued.
- Due Diligence of Solar power plants.
- Production supervision as a third party laboratory.
- Responsible for safety related compliance for laboratory.
Profile & Eligible Criteria:
B.Tech /B.E./Diploma with 7-9 yrs of exp.
The added advantage to candidates possessing experience in PV module industry.
