Job Description

What you will do

Use your deep technical understanding to contribute to the architectural design for the product.
Contributing to defining the product roadmap and supporting end-to-end delivery of product releases communication with different stakeholders
Build software products for banking and financing institutions with RD teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility
Enable, empower, and encourage teams for continuous improvement of technology and processes
Challenging and supporting people and engineering practices to improve the quality of product
Supporting governance of product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions
Act as a mentor to the team and reinforce organizational values and culture

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors or higher engineering degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
Hands-on experience in delivering solutions based
