Formulation Specialist (From Personal Care Industry)

Location: Gurugram, India

Salary: Up to 12 LPA

Experience: Minimum 3 years in product development

Key Responsibilities

Product Development: Formulate gel and paste toothpastes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Research and Development: Conduct research to innovate and improve existing formulations, focusing on efficacy, stability, and consumer appeal.
End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the entire formulation process from ideation to commercialization, including stability testing and product launch.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of junior formulators and technicians, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful product launches.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of formulations, testing results, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Education: Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in product development within the personal care industry, with a focus on formulation.
Technical Skills: Proven ability to formulate gel and paste toothpastes; familiarity with the end-to-end product development process.
Leadership: Experience in leading a team and managing projects effectively.
Research Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in R&D.
