R&D Executive - Chemical / Emulsion / Lubricants

We are seeking a motivated R&D Executive specializing in Chemical, Emulsion, and Lubricants to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical product development and a passion for innovation in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development of chemical products, specifically emulsions and lubricants.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to drive product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.
• Develop and optimize formulations for various applications and performance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during product development.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in R&D for chemical products, preferably in emulsions or lubricants.
• Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry and product development processes.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC, and rheology testing.
• Proficiency in using software for data analysis and simulation (e.g., MATLAB, ChemCAD).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
