R&D Design Executive Mechanical Engineering

Wick Automation LLP is an innovative automotive technology company focused on Automatic tyre management systems for commercial vehicles. We work on automation-driven solutions that improve vehicle safety, tyre life, fuel efficiency, and operational performance.

We are looking for passionate Mechanical Engineering interns who enjoy hands-on learning, problem-solving, prototyping, and real-world product development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical and pneumatic systems

• Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities

• Work on CAD modeling using SolidWorks

• Perform basic simulations and analysis using ANSYS

• Participate in assembly, troubleshooting, and product testing

• Collaborate with the R&D team on innovation and product improvement

• Research new engineering technologies and solutions

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Experience in Formula Bharat, Baja SAE, Go-Karting, Robotics, or technical societies is preferred

• Basic understanding or willingness to learn Pneumatics

• Knowledge of SolidWorks and ANSYS

• Strong curiosity, self-learning attitude, and problem-solving mindset

Internship Details

• Location: Faridabad, Haryana

• Salary : 35,000 CTC
