We are looking for an exceptional
AI Machine Learning RD Specialist who will push the boundaries of
precision agriculture . You will architect and deploy state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence systems that transform raw satellite, drone, and IoT data into actionable intelligence for crop health, early disease detection, pest prediction, and yield optimization at scale.
This is not a routine ML role. It is a high-stakes opportunity to solve some of the most complex
computer vision and geospatial AI challenges in agriculture, and deliver solutions that directly impact food security for millions of farmers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-performance deep learning models (Transformers, CNNs, Vision Transformers, U-Nets) for multi-spectral image analysis, crop segmentation, and anomaly detection.
- Build advanced time-series and multimodal AI systems that deliver accurate, real-time insights on crop stress, yield forecasting, and outbreak prediction.
- Own end-to-end ML pipelines from data acquisition and smart annotation to efficient model deployment on edge devices and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate closely with agronomists and field teams to achieve industry-leading model accuracy and robustness under real-world farming conditions.
- Drive innovation through research in active learning, few-shot learning, generative AI , and domain adaptation to minimize labeled data dependency.
- Publish in top-tier conferences, generate patents, and establish thought leadership in Agritech AI .
