We are actively seeking a highly motivated and adaptable R&D Simulation & Line Balancing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a fast learner who thrives in a startup environment and can quickly adapt to evolving technical challenges and simulation initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Build & refine warehouse/production simulation models using Discrete Event Simulation and visualization tools
  • Develop a full understanding of our 3D twin project platform software: Rockwell Emulate3d.
  • Automate workflows using scripting (python/c#), develop internal simulation libraries & tools
  • Support pre-sales solutioning, PoCs, performance benchmarking & throughput studies
  • Collaborate with hardware, controls, product & deployment teams to translate simulation insights into real-world impact
  • Validating simulation results: Comparing simulation results with real-world data and making necessary adjustments to ensure model accuracy and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in simulation, industrial engineering or relevant R&D domain
  • Strong programming experience in any mainstream ecosystem Python/Javascript/C#/C
  • Familiarity with any 3D modelling and visualization tools such as AutoCad, Blender, Fusion360 that translates to our vendor platform is essential
  • A good understanding of communication protocols, serial/rs232/rs485/uart, ethernet/tcp-ip etc
  • Degree in Engineering / Physics / Mathematics / Industrial Systems
  • Experience in manufacturing, automation or robotics strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical reasoning ability to model, experiment, diagnose inefficiencies
  • Excellent communication & ability to handle ambiguity in new projects
