R&D Senior Manager - Software Engineering for Embedded Controls

In this role you will work directly with a team of software engineers and coordinate resources to

meet the needs of the MedTech Diverse Research, Design & development and production

support of diverse products.

10+ years of software engineering experience, experience with embedded software

development and an in-depth understanding of low level interfacing, system testing,

and debugging preferred.

You also have experience in testing and troubleshooting low-level code using logic

analyzer, or microprocessor debug probe. Proficiency in C/C++/C#, Embedded RTOS

and assembly language required.

Experience in understanding the controls algorithms logic & translating them to detailed

Software design & implementation, verification & validation

Your skills include having a strong working knowledge of structured design, embedded

real-time systems, and hardware/software interface required. Experience with

Embedded Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and software engineering lifecycle

experience is required. Agile software development experience is a plus.

Experience in Medical device regulations, Software development lifecycle, compliance

to ISO 62304, 14971 and such other required standards

Experience in setting up the Software Design facility, labs and such infrastructure from

scratch

You have a BE/B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering or Electrical Engineering

required. Masters in relevant Engineering is a plus.
