Role Description
We are seeking an R&D Manager for Footwear to lead research and development initiatives at Superhouse LTD. This full-time, on-site role in Unnao will involve overseeing the design and innovation of new footwear products, leading an R&D team, and managing collaborative projects. The R&D Manager will conduct market research to identify emerging trends and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Additionally, the role will require maintaining product quality standards and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency and innovation in the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and the ability to conduct thorough market research and develop innovative solutions in footwear design and manufacturing.
- Strong skills in Team Management, Team Leadership, and the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of professionals.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex R&D initiatives within set timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to align product development with emerging trends and global markets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Footwear Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of global safety and manufacturing standards within the footwear industry is a strong advantage.
- Innovative mindset and a passion for sustainable practices in product design and development.
