Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled
R&D Engineer with a
mechanical design background to lead product development from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical systems, CAD tools, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive complete product development: concept, design, prototyping, testing, and production.
- Prepare 3D models, technical drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
- Conduct mechanical analysis and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
- Optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years in R&D or mechanical product development.
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and testing.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
