Experience Required:2 to 5 years in R&D within API, Specialty Chemicals, Excipients, or Pharmaceutical industry

Salary Range:3.60 LPA to 5.00 LPA

Education:M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance withGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)andGood Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Reviewscientific literature and patentsto identify new product development opportunities.
• Design and executelaboratory experimentsfor new specialty chemicals or excipients.
• Conductsynthetic chemistry reactions, optimize process parameters, and ensure safe implementation at bench scale.
• Supportscale-up activitiesfrom lab-scale to pilot plant and commercial production.
• Maintain accuratedocumentation, SOPs, and research recordsin line with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate withchemists, project managers, and manufacturing teamsto meet project milestones.
• Ensuresafety protocols and normsare followed in the laboratory.

• Strong knowledge oforganic synthesis, chemical processes, and analytical techniques.
• Ability to handleliterature review, experiment planning, and data interpretation.
• Hands-on experience inlab-scale experimentation and process optimization.
