Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Design and customize Flexibar, FleXbus, and Power Shunt solutions to meet customer and OEM requirements.
Review drawings and specifications to develop accurate, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs.
Interpret customer requirements and prepare technical documentation.
Support sustaining engineering activities, specifications, and installation documentation.
Prepare detailed quotations, including BOMs, pricing, drawings, and customized solutions.
Create and launch new part setups with BOMs, specifications, and manufacturing drawings.
Provide technical support to Sales and customers for customized product solutions.

YOU HAVE:

Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Drafting, Design, or related field
3+ years of CAD/BIM design experience
Strong experience with SolidWorks
Ability to read and interpret commercial construction/architectural drawings
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/PLM systems

Key Skills

CAD/BIM design and drafting
Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail
Electrical knowledge is a plus
