We are looking for a skilled R&D Engineer to join our team in UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in research and development, focusing on innovative product design and development. EXPERIENCE IN POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS,SWITCHGEAR MANUFACTURING OR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN BUSBAR PRODUCTION
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative products and solutions in line with market needs.
- Conduct experiments and simulations to validate design concepts and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and meet deadlines.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and optimize product functionality.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS).,PLM SOFTWARE EXECUTION, NPDI PROCESS
- RISK AND DESIGN ANAYSIS GENERATION OF PROCESS FLOWS.
- Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
