Job Description
As a Principal, you will be responsible for building trusted client relationships, leading multiple consulting engagements, developing consulting capabilities, and contributing to the long-term growth of Qwixpert. While Engagement Managers ensure successful project delivery, Principals are expected to shape client agendas, develop new business opportunities, mentor consulting leaders, and strengthen the firm's intellectual capital. This role combines consulting excellence, commercial acumen, people leadership, and practice building.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Leadership:
- Develop long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Understand client priorities and identify opportunities to create additional value
- Shape consulting engagements from opportunity identification through delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership
- Engagement Oversight:
- Provide overall direction across multiple consulting engagements
- Coach Engagement Managers on problem structuring and client management
- Review key deliverables and ensure consulting quality
- Support resolution of complex client and project issues
- Practice Development:
- Develop consulting methodologies, frameworks, and tools
- Strengthen Qwixpert's capabilities in strategy and operations consulting
- Build reusable intellectual property and knowledge assets
- Drive continuous improvement in consulting quality
- Business Development:
- Lead proposal development and client presentations
- Support account growth within existing clients
- Identify new consulting opportunities through relationships and market understanding
- Contribute to business development strategy
- Leadership & Talent Development:
- Mentor Engagement Managers and Consultants
- Develop future consulting leaders
- Build a culture of structured thinking, ownership, and continuous learning
- Strengthen Qwixpert's consulting culture and operating MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- 8-12 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on operations and supply chain
