Engagement Manager
As an Engagement Manager, you will lead consulting engagements to improve supply chain and operational performance for our clients.
You will be responsible for structuring problems, guiding consulting teams, interacting with senior client stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
This role requires someone who combines strong analytical problem-solving with practical implementation experience.
Job Responsibilities
Client Engagement Leadership
- Lead consulting engagements focused on strategy and operations transformation
- Structure complex business problems into clear workstreams and analyses
- Work closely with client leadership teams to shape solutions and drive alignment
- Ensure recommendations translate into practical and implementable actions
Project Delivery
- Guide project teams in analysis, problem-solving, and solution development
- Review and refine client deliverables, including presentations, models, and reports
- Work alongside client teams on-site to support implementation when required
- Ensure projects deliver measurable impact for clients
Team Leadership
- Mentor consultants and analysts working on the engagement
- Build a culture of structured thinking, ownership, and learning
- Support capability development within the team
Practice Building
- Contribute to knowledge development, tools, and frameworks
- Support proposal development and client discussions
- Help strengthen Qwixpert consulting practice and MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
- 4-7 years of experience in supply chain and operations consulting
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Supply Chain Planning / S&OP
- Manufacturing Operations / Lean
- Warehousing & Intralogistics
- Procurement & Cost Transformation
- Logistics Network Optimisation
- Sustainability in Operations

Typical Day in This Role
A Typical Day May Include
- Structuring analysis for a supply chain transformation project
- Reviewing models and presentations prepared by the consulting team
- Conducting working sessions with client leadership
- Visiting a manufacturing plant or warehouse to understand operations
- Guiding the team on next steps and refining the solution approach
- Supporting proposal preparation for a new consulting opportunity
