Job Title: Growth & Marketplace Manager

About The Role
This role is about driving sales, not just running campaigns. You will own revenue across platforms like MilkBasket, JioMart, and other quick commerce / marketplace channels. Think of this as running a mini business within the company, where your core focus is growth, visibility, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets for marketplace channels (MilkBasket, JioMart, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end platform operations: listings, pricing, visibility, and promotions
- Drive sales through platform-led growth levers (ads, discounts, placements, campaigns)
- Build and maintain relationships with platform account managers
- Identify growth opportunities within each platform (new categories, bundles, placements)
- Track daily sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI on spends
- Plan and execute monthly growth calendars aligned with business targets
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock availability and avoid lost sales
- Work closely with brand and creative teams for optimized product listings
What We're Looking For
- 1 - 2 years of experience in marketplace / growth / e-commerce sales
- Strong understanding of how marketplace algorithms and visibility work
- Commercial mindset — comfortable owning revenue numbers
- Ability to move fast and take decisions based on data
