Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QuickBooks Faculty member, based in Malappuram. The role involves teaching and mentoring students in QuickBooks software, creating course materials, delivering engaging lessons, and providing hands-on training. The selected candidate will assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and ensure a thorough understanding of QuickBooks for professional use. Collaboration with the academic team to continuously improve course content and teaching methodologies will also be part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in QuickBooks, financial accounting, and payroll management.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Experience in curriculum design and developing instructional materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with related accounting software and tools is a plus.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or QuickBooks Certification are advantageous.
- Prior experience in teaching or corporate training is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively for in-person teaching and course preparation.
