Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting for the staffing industry, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of U.S. accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and generate financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting principles and the specific needs of a staffing firm.
• Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with the HR team to manage consultant payments.
• Collaborate with the U.S. finance team to handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide financial insights and support for budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting, specifically within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
