We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused Quick Commerce Associate to manage day-to-day order flow across quick commerce and marketplace platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, logistics, and platform coordination, and is critical to ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and without operational leakage.
CTC: 4 - 6 LPA

Key ResponsibilitiesPO Tracking & Management
Own end-to-end tracking of all incoming Purchase Orders (POs) across platforms by maintaining a structured and real-time tracking system that clearly reflects order status, while ensuring zero errors such as missed orders, duplicate entries, or incorrect status updates.
Dispatch Planning & Coordination
Work closely with the logistics team on a daily basis to plan and execute dispatches by prioritising orders based on expiry timelines, transit time, and platform SLAs, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and delivered within committed timelines.
Inventory Visibility & Allocation
Monitor SKU-level demand across platforms, identify stock shortages or imbalances, and proactively flag allocation decisions to ensure optimal inventory utilisation, especially during stock constraints or high-demand periods.
Cross-Team Coordination
Act as the central point of coordination between operations, logistics, and finance teams to resolve platform-related dependencies such as payment issues, approvals, debit notes, or discrepancies, while also managing communication with external platform stakeholders when required.
Issue Identification & Resolution
Continuously track order flow to identify delays, risks, or bottlenecks early, and take ownership of resolving them by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smooth end-to-end fulfilment without escalations.
