Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore for a Quick Commerce Manager. You will own revenue, margins, and execution across all Quick Commerce platforms. This is a numbers-driven role with direct impact on growth and profitability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning monthly GMV and contribution margin targets across Q-commerce platforms
- Managing relationships with category managers at Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart
- Planning and executing platform promotions, sponsored ads, and visibility campaigns
- Improving fill rate, inventory health, and dark store coverage
- Tracking key metrics such as GMV, net revenue, contribution margin, SKU velocity, basket size, and ad ROAS
- Collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution
- Identifying growth levers, including pricing, bundling, assortment expansion, and city-level optimisation
- You will be expected to operate with ownership and solve problems in real time.
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Digital Commerce
- Hands-on experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or similar platforms preferred
- Strong analytical skills comfortable working with data, margins, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, financial analysis, reporting)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, or retail categories preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with clear accountability
Salary: Commensurate with experience
