Quick Commerce Manager - Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart

About the Role:

Earthful's plant-based supplements are already on Swiggy Instamart and we're scaling aggressively on Blinkit and Zepto. Quick commerce is where the next 10,000 customers will come from, and this role will make that happen. You'll own the full B2B account relationship: PO fulfillment, dark store availability, platform visibility, and campaign execution. It's operational and commercial in equal measure.

This role requires prior hands-on experience managing B2B seller accounts on at least one of: Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart. Applications without this experience will not be reviewed.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform relationships: Be the single POC for Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart: category managers, media teams, supply leads. Own the relationship, not just the tasks.
  • PO execution: Receive POs, coordinate dispatch with our warehouse, track inwarding at dark stores, and flag discrepancies fast. Fill rates are everything on Q-comm, you'll own ours.
  • Availability & replenishment: Monitor SKU availability across dark stores. Proactively push restocking before stockouts happen, especially before platform sales or weekend spikes.
  • Platform campaigns: Negotiate and execute banner placements, category deals, and sampling campaigns. Get Earthful into platform mailers, category feature slots, and Mega Sale days.
  • Sponsored listings: Manage native ads on Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart, set budgets, monitor spend and ROAS, optimize placement.
  • Reporting: Weekly tracker on GMV, fill rate, PO status, availability, and ad spends — shared with founders every Monday.

Skill Set:

  • 2-4 years work experience
  • You've directly managed B2B accounts on Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart and have platform contacts you can call.
  • You're operationally sharp. You can track 50 open POs across 3 platforms simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • You know how to push for better placement, better deals, and better category support from platform POCs — and you've done it before.
  • FMCG, nutraceutical, or wellness brand experience is a strong plus.
