Role Overview
Podosphere Technologies is looking for an experienced Quick Commerce Expert who can manage the complete onboarding and operational process for brands across major quick-commerce and marketplace platforms.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in platform onboarding, catalogue and SKU management, PO-based operations, client communication and performance tracking.
Candidates based in Jaipur will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage brand onboarding on quick-commerce and marketplace platforms.
• Handle onboarding and operations for platforms such as:
• Blinkit
• Zepto
• BigBasket
• Flipkart Minutes
• JioMart
• Swiggy Instamart
• Manage PO-based onboarding and supply processes.
• Coordinate with platform representatives, category managers and brand teams.
• Handle product listing, SKU documentation, catalogue information and onboarding requirements.
• Track purchase orders, inventory movement, payments, margins and platform performance.
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide clear project updates.
• Prepare onboarding trackers, performance reports and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Identify and resolve onboarding, listing, inventory and operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, finance and technical teams.
• Manage multiple client projects and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Support clients with platform documentation, product information and compliance requirements.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in quick-commerce or marketplace operations
• .Experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Flipkart Minutes, JioMart or Swiggy Instamart
• .Understanding of PO-based onboarding and purchase-order processes
• .Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills
• .Good written and verbal communication skills
• .Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• .Ability to prepare reports, trackers and operational dashboards
• .Understanding of SKU management, catalogue management, inventory and marketplace documentation
• .Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• .Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• .Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidate currently based in Jaipur or willing to work on-site in Jaipur.
• Previous experience in a quick-commerce, e-commerce, digital agency or marketplace consulting company.
• Experience coordinating directly with platform account managers or category manager.
• Ability to independently manage a brand from onboarding to platform launch
  
  

Compensation

Salary: Up to 25,000 per mo

nth, depending on experience, platform knowledge and practical skills.
