Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Quick Commerce Executive to manage end-to-end operations across leading Q-commerce platforms. This role involves ensuring catalogue accuracy, optimizing marketing spends, monitoring platform workflows, and driving sales growth through strong coordination and data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate must be analytical, proficient in Excel, and familiar with Q-com/E-commerce processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Catalogue Management
- Maintain complete catalogue hygiene across all platforms.
- Ensure accuracy in product titles, descriptions, images, features, and specifications.
- Conduct routine listing audits to ensure proper mapping, compliance, and maximum visibility.
2. Marketing & Growth
- Manage and monitor marketing spends across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, DMart Ready, and BigBasket.
- Analyse campaign performance, ROAS, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with platform category and marketing teams to plan promotions and visibility initiatives.
3. Operations & Coordination
- Understand platform-specific operational workflows, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
- Track the status of Purchase Orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Identify operational gaps and coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, dispatch, supply chain, finance) to resolve issues and maintain smooth order flow.
4. Data Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse sales trends, visibility metrics, inventory health, pricing competitiveness, and promotional impact.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance across platforms.
5. General Expectations
