We're urgently hiring a Quick Commerce Executive to manage high-velocity operations across leading marketplaces like Amazon Now, Flipkart Minutes, Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, and Instamart.
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 13 years (Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Ops )
CTC: 3 3.5 LPA
Joining: Immediate / Within 7 days preferred
What You'll Do
- Own real-time order flow across multiple quick commerce platforms
- Coordinate with dark stores, warehouses & delivery partners
- Ensure ultra-fast pick, pack & dispatch with zero compromise on accuracy
- Resolve live issuesdelays, shortages, substitutionson the spot
- Monitor operational KPIs: TAT, fill rate, cancellations & SLA adherence
- Track and execute pricing comparisons across marketplaces to remain competitive
- Support launch of new products on quick commerce platforms
- Maintain listing hygienetitles, images, descriptions, pricing, stock availability & visibility
- Support peak hours, flash sales & sudden demand spikes
Who Should Apply
