Datafuel is Hiring – Quick Commerce Operations Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month - 50,000/month

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

We're looking for a Quick Commerce Operations Executive who understands the complete ecosystem of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other Q-Commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Quick Commerce platforms.

2. Ensure SKU availability, inventory tracking, and stock replenishment coordination.

3. Monitor and improve product visibility, search rankings, category placements, and discoverability.

4. Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize sales and ROAS.

5. Coordinate with internal teams and platform account managers to resolve operational issues.

6. Analyze sales, inventory, and advertising performance data to identify growth opportunities.

7. Execute promotional activities, offers, and platform-led campaigns.

8. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

1. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Quick Commerce operations.

2. Strong understanding of Availability, Visibility, Assortment, and Ads management.

3. Experience working on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar platforms.

4.Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
