Quick Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Beanly Coffee's presence across quick commerce and e-commerce platforms.

- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and product availability.

- Coordinate with platform partners and internal teams for smooth operations.

- Monitor inventory and prevent stock-outs.

- Track sales, conversion, and platform performance through regular reports.

- Plan and execute promotions and campaigns to drive sales and visibility.

- Manage Meta Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.

- Monitor ad performance, budgets, ROAS, and optimize campaigns for better results.

- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

- Monitor customer feedback and resolve platform-related issues.

- Identify growth opportunities and improve processes across digital sales channels.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in Quick Commerce with a consumer brand; experience in a coffee, FMCG, or food & beverage brand will be preferred.

- Experience managing quick commerce platforms, product listings, inventory, promotions, and sales performance.

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and attention to detail.
