Bizwize consulting is seeking a Quick Commerce Growth Manager to join their team. You would be responsible for architecting and enhancing the marketing strategy of our clients by combining your strategic thinking skills with in-depth knowledge of digital and Quick Commerce and E-commerce marketing. The scope includes working knowledge of how a seller business on Quick commerce, knowledge of category benchmarks and connect in the quick commerce platforms. Along with working on business goals, this person will also be responsible for managing client relationships and working closely with them for business success.

What you will be doing:

  1. You will be driving business growth for our clients across multiple categories including FMCG, Pet products, Fashion, Hardwaree, Home Decor, Baby and grooming etc. This would include:
  2. Manage and grow the topline for multiple businesses on marketplaces like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon Fresh, Flipkart, Myntra etc. Establishing a connection and engaging with respective category heads/ SPOCs at all marketplaces (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)
  3. Gather data and research on finding new product opportunities for the client.
  4. Jointly plan with the client stakeholders and execute marketing for all marketplaces (Specially AMS & Flipkart), including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, and content optimization.
  5. Identification of new and upcoming marketplaces where the client's business could be established.
  6. Identification of additional visibility and brand positioning opportunities in partnership with the marketplace teams.
  7. Lead and facilitate seller negotiations with marketplace platforms for business interest.
  8. People management of the marketplace operations team.
  9. Drive data insights from marketplace partners and assist internal teams on product selection, development and pricing strategy.
  10. Create a joint plan with client and marketplace stakeholders for key sale days on marketplaces (Category specific sale days, Big Billion Day, Amazon Great Indian Shopping Festival, Prime Day sale etc.
  11. Oversee the logistics and fulfillment operations for the seller on q com marketplaces.

This would require the following:

  1. To be placed in Bangalore and to collaborate with senior stakeholders and management of the client.
  2. To be able to create a detailed marketplace business plan for the client.
  3. Create a strong growth strategy for existing and new products.
  4. Work on a daily basis with the client's team to execute the points in the strategy.

What the role requires:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in managing businesses on E-commerce and Quick Commerce marketplaces with a reputed organization or an agency.
  • A data-driven mindset and demonstrated ability to manage and grow topline for a business by interpreting and managing key performance metrics.
  • Proven capability and comfort with analyzing numbers and coming up with effective insights and solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple senior level stakeholders across the client's organization.
  • Have an in depth knowledge of how q com marketplaces like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon Fresh, Flipkart Minutes etc. work and how brands could grow on these platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and client relationship skills.
  • Proven track record in drafting strategies, execution, and delivery of set targets on multiple marketplace platforms
  • Ability to manage a team.
