Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary Budget: Up to 5.5LPA (As per experience)

Candidates from Ahmedabad are required

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, project estimates and rate analysis from drawings and site requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and verify actual executed quantities.
• Check contractor/subcontractor bills, RA bills and work completion documents.
• Monitor project quantities, costs, budgets and variations and highlight deviations.
• Prepare material reconciliation and monitor consumption, wastage and material losses.
• Identify and control cost leakages, excess quantities and unauthorised works.
• Prepare weekly/monthly QS, cost-control and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Projects, Execution, Procurement, Stores, Finance, Sales and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate project quantity, billing and commercial documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, estimation, billing or project commercial roles.
• Experience in painting, waterproofing, civil, flooring, construction or building-material projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, measurement, rate analysis, contractor billing and cost control.
• Excellent MS Excel skills; AutoCAD/quantity estimation software knowledge preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel/work at project sites as per business requirements.
